Family Dispute

                    It was a the story of brilliant, active, dashing young man after independence in modern India. His father was in Air force who was martyr in some military operation while in flight. There was a widow mother and elder sister in the family. His sister get married when he was about to complete his post graduation in science. After completion of post-graduation, he made himself busy in teaching profession where he would teach physics to the student of engineering. He wasn’t happy with the profession. He decided to appear for class one post through union public service commission. His effort gave him a fruitful result as soon as he faced the UPSC examination for group “A” cadre.

He was appointed as a class –I officer in some scientific department of government of India. He was a skillful, result oriented computer expert. He was respected due to his inborn extra-ordinary qualities in the department. The moment he got the chance for showing his talent, he did the remarkable work in computerization of the department. Head of department was very pleased with his performance. He kept him at head-quarter under his supervision. He retained him on promotion at same place. He was enjoying the well- settled life there. His mother as well as nearest relatives brought many marriage proposal for him. He was utmost influenced by one of the received proposal. He gave his consent for wedding.

The bride was beautiful as well as highly educated. She exactly resembled the girl what he thought about his life-partner. Bride family also get inclined much more toward the proposal as almost all expectations were in him.  He get married with her soon. The couple was enjoying their life. But he would be busy in his office work. He used to go early and come back to home late in the evening. Hence his wife decided to join some private school as teacher to kill her time with the consent of her husband . They had two sons. After few years ,they thought that they should went back to their native state wherefrom their native place would be nearest. No sooner did they decided about shifting than he made sincere effort for the transfer. But head of the department only agreed his half request. He was transferred on second promotion at equally important place in department at Pune in his home state. 

          He followed the order and joined at new place as      a bird in hand worth two birds in bush. His family was happy as a journey of thousand miles begins with single step . The whole family was staying in residential colony. They also purchased their own flat in the city which was given on rent due to inconvenience. Their main intension was to settle in the same city

for ever. His wife also get engaged with her old profession as teacher in the city. His kids were schooling in the city. Every thing was seemed to very fine at that juncture.

           There was a class –I lady officer of his status in the same unit from southern-most state of India. They became very good friends soon of each other. Both of them selected a new joint project in the department. They were working hard together over the project. He was extremely busy in his work due to that new project . He couldn’t spare enough time to his family due to new project along with his own allotted official work. He wanted that the project should be made successful in time so that it should be implemented soon in the department.

                  There were some jealous and suspicious workers in the office who were residing in same residential colony. There was some Chinese whispers from the residents of colony about ill-relation between them. They were heard in length and breadth in colony and finally reached to his wife’s ears. Since he was dedicated worker ,he never paid his much attention towards his wife’s complaint. He was cold shoulder to her often. She was worried about his odd behavior and took the decision of isolation from him. She came back to her brother’s work place with her kids at another new-place. She joined there new school and continued her profession and admitted her kids the same school. She was staying in a rented house. He then made some sincere effort to sort out differences between them. But she was cold feet towards it. Finally he came on transfer to same place where he purchased new flat. He was staying with her mother only. He paid full attention towards all requirement of his kids. They were as smart as their father in all respect. But these kids couldn’t make the smooth relation between their parent. The elder son cracked the IIT entrance examination. He got admission in IIT Rudakee and the second also was likely to jump the bandwagon- his elder brother. 

          His all effort became futile against her cold feet wife. She wasn’t ready to stay with him due to her deeply hurt emotion in the past. His ignorance was not at all excused by her. Meanwhile he got the next promotion on which he went back to his old work place. His subordinate lady officer of his ambitious project get married during their dispute. She was transferred to head quarter. Coincidently her relation with her husband wasn’t fine. She get divorced with him. as soon as she got divorce, she get married with another gentle-man and went abroad with him. But hero of story was still in dark, he didn’t know when bright sun would rise in his life.
