I was working as a network engineer in Delhi NCR. Fortunately, I got the opportunity of working in the best organizations in the country where overall transformation happened in my personality. Along with technology, those organizations used to conduct training programs in soft skills & personality development. I took part in all those sessions in every organization & developed good command over communication skills. Those organizations wanted their employees to be perfect in everything. That was the reason that they focused on soft skills, dressing Sense & looks of their employees along with technical skills. And of course, the trainers in those companies were earning a good amount of money.

Since I used to get trained by them on daily basis, I got more attracted to the training profession. Gradually I became closer to my trainers & started learning more about the Soft Skills training profession. They taught me a lot. Very soon I gained a little confidence. I started practicing in front of the mirror, reading English books & listening to English Motivational Speakers on YouTube. Very soon I acquired enough confidence. But I was confused as to whom I should speak to upgrade my skills. Who will listen to me? That is when my brother-in-law Dr. Pawan Pandey suggested I start my own YouTube channel & share the video links on social media platforms. I did that and very soon a large number of people started to know me & my confidence in my skills also developed more.

But something was still missing. I desired to be in front of a large audience where I can check my skills in a practical way. Again, my brother-in-law, Dr. Pawan Pandey came for my help. He said to me, "Don't worry! I will organize a few seminars & conferences in my college where I am working as an Assistant Professor and give you an opportunity to speak in front of a crowd." I delivered at least 5 seminars in his institution that helped me more in becoming confident on stage. Those were my live seminar & after sharing those video recordings on YouTube & social media, I became immensely popular among a large number of people. People from other universities & industries also started inviting me to their campus to deliver lectures on Soft Skills & Personality Development. It again made me more popular.

One day I went to a very popular college in my city & Submitted my resume to a prominent college in my city. The HR called me for the interview & said, "We are looking for someone who can teach soft skills and also work as a member of the Campus Placement Team. Are you interested?"  I said, "Of Course, Sir". They took my interview & selected me. After working in that organization I acquired a new skill & which was organizing Campus Placement Drives. It helped me in developing one more crucial skill in my personality & gradually with the support of my HOD Mr. Aashish Singh,  I became very good in training as well as placement-related activities.

Everything was going fine when Covid 19 arrived & lockdown was declared all over the country. I lost my job as well because organizations were not in a position to pay salaries to their employees. I remain unemployed for the full 1 year. People used to say, "Sitting idle is not good. You should do something. Otherwise very soon you will forget your skills." They were right. I was thinking about this problem. Again Dr. Pawan Pandey came to the rescue. He not only got me aligned with various professors' development programs but gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. He was organizing a seminar for NCC Cadets in his college where prominent speakers were invited to speak & the guests were top officials of the Indian Army. I was also invited as a speaker. I delivered the seminar well and everyone was impressed. Just after the seminar, lunch was organized for speakers with the Indian Army officials. It was the opportunity of a lifetime. The officials discussed many glorious stories of their service life. It was actually a blessing listening to their experiences regarding their dedication & never-ending commitment to the service of the nation.

Soon the Corona period was over & organizations were in hiring mode again. I was preparing my CV for submission to various colleges in the city. Dr. Pawan Pandey called me and said, "Don't just submit the CV. Also, share the links to your seminars with the recruiters. That will give you an edge over the rest of the participants of the interview." He was right. I appeared in one more highly reputed college in the city & seeing my video links, they hired me. It was again a great college. After working for one month in that college, my HOD Dr. Jaibeer Pratap Singh called a faculty meeting & said," Dear Professors, only teaching students is not sufficient. A professor should enhance his own credibility also. Start doing relevant certifications & Start participating in various Faculty Development Programs also."

With the advice & support of my HOD, I did what he said & experienced a huge transformation in my personality. I acquired more knowledge about working as a professor in any institution.

With the support of great personalities who came into my life, today I am a part of a highly reputed profession in a prominent organization in my city. When I look back, I actually feel that dreams do come true & when you are honestly moving towards your targets, genuine people do help you in achieving those targets.
