Adoption

Nuclear families became a trend nowadays. But still, some prefer to live in a joint family.

There lived a family with beautiful hearts. Lily, a 6-year cutie pie is the little princess of this family. She owned the love of her Grandparents, Parents, and Uncle-Aunt.

Lily's uncle and aunt didn't have a child. So lily is more pet to everyone, especially to her uncle and aunt.

Not only in-home but also in school lily was a naughty cutie pie. Her partner in school was Mini. Both had strong bonding. The understanding and friendship between them were appreciated by everyone in the school.

Suddenly Mini didn't come to school for 3 days. Lily was very much worried about it. She asked her teacher about it. But she didn't get any reply. She informed her father about Mini's absence. Her family couldn't see their little princess in sadness.

Lily's father came to know that Mini's parents met with an accident and passed away and Mini was made to stay in an orphanage. Lily's father worried about how Lily is going to face this.

When Lily came to know about it, she felt so sad. She felt all alone in school. She lost her smile.

Time never waits for anyone. 

Days ran by. 6 months passed 

Lily missed Mini a lot. It's Lily's smile that brings happiness to her family but from the day Lily lost her smile even her family lost it. Her family didn't know the way to bring her back.

One day her aunt and uncle informed the family that they decided to adopt a child. No one expected this sudden decision.

Lily who was also there asked her GrandPa "What is adoption?" He replied, "Giving a child a family is an adoption."

Suddenly she ran to her uncle and aunt and asked them, "Will you adopt my Mini as your child? She too needs family." Lily's words made everyone stunned.

Her aunt agreed to Lily's words. Lily asked her a promise"You should never leave Mini in any situation." Lily's words brought tears in everyone's eyes. All felt happy for Lily.

All procedures were made.

Lily's uncle and aunt got a child. Lily got her friend and her smile back. Lily's smile brought happiness to her parents. Grandparents were proud of Lily.

Finally Mini got a family to show love and care upon her, a sense of belonging, security, and identity.

The family proved adoption is another word of love.

Giving birth doesn't make her a mother

Placing a child for adoption doesn't make her less of one.
