A New Friend

Dear Diary,

Today I made a new friend, actually a social friend. Now I know how people really mean what they say when they say that they have made a new friend on social media.

But mine is kind of different like I know this person, but we usually just talk on chats due to the lockdown. If I had to make new friends in this manner I am so happy that I have my old friends.

Anyway, some days have been hard upon us and some have been easy. I cannot say that this lockdown is a source of enjoyment but I cannot deny it either.
