Wow! I remember when I went on a trip to Wonder Park. One of the latest attraction was a theme park known as the Jurrasic Park, named after the movie was inaugurated and there were special tickets sold out for the exhibition and light show, which were limited There were variety of attractions and amusement that many people can participate in. This was one of the many trips I’ve been on throughout my lifetime. However, the most disastrous trip I ever took was to Wonder park.

The trip to the theme park could have gone great, but instead it was an unpleasant trip. Take it from me; you would’ve not wanted to be with my family!

We had new members added to our family. My brother was married and my sister in law was new to the city. Moreover she had never visited a theme park ever before.

My mom, dad, my brother, his wife my sister her husband, their son and including me were 8 members and we literally had to fit in to the 7 seater car!

Everyone was arguing from point A to point B. For instance; my siblings and I fought about where the family will eat, and what fun things the family gets to do in the park? There was so much commotion I started to have a serious breakdown. Furthermore, from that moment on it was clear that this trip was not going to end right.

Every year more than 20% of people need roadside assistance to prevent accidents. While we were on the highway we needed road service due to our inflated tire. My brother then looked at the tires on the vehicle and found caps missing. The repair man arrived and fixed the loose tire. Luckily we did not need a jump start and towing to the nearest adequate repair facility. What a hectic trip, I muttered. Most importantly, we could have been in a serious accident!

When finally we arrived at the ticket counter, the tickets to the special exhibit and light show were already sold, we were late, what a luck! We had to get the normal tickets for the rollercoater rides and the ropeway transit. Entry to the observatory and the science museum were free. My sister's husband had some acquiantance with the management and was luckily able to bag 5 tickets to the other rides which included The Hulk and the Jurassic Rides . My parent and my brother stayed back to visit the observatory and the Science Museum.

I was scared about the rides.

I have heard people fall off some extreme rides. Injuries occurs on multiple rides; For example; I heard from my friends in college, a teenager fell from a rollercoaster injuring her back very badly. I was so in shock, I also heard about a 39 year old man that fractured his femur bone from a fall while boarding The Hulk rollercoaster.

I decided to stay back with my parents but my sister and my sister in law forced me in.

The rope way ride was quite pleasant, I usually do not have phobia of heights, but it seemed like I felt dizzy as the van started to rise to the heights. The entire Wonder Park looked amazing. . . . but then there was a screech and the van came to a stand still, my sister in law and I were almost at a height 200 feet above the ground level without help. We panicked , followed closely by panicking other members of my family. My sister in law almost started losing breathes, we sat there with cold faces and fear waiting for help to come. My heart was racing at a speed of 120 beats per minute.

Finally the help came, we were safely boarded to a different van and taken down to ground level. Phew!!I breathed a sigh of relief.

I almost gave up but the excitement on everybody's face specially my nephew's tempted me to try the other rides. I looked up at my sister in law, whose face was pale with fear had lightened up. How could she even forget she was hanging 200 feet above the ground a moment back!

The Hulk, I always admired that green big giant like character!

The incredible hulk coaster accelerates from 0 to 40mph within the first 2 seconds of its launch. It quickly gathers speed and gets up to 67mph and stays at the same speed for the entirety of the ride, with a mid-course brake run. It covers 3700 feet of length in less than 5 minutes!

It is incredibly fast, much like the Hulk itself, and gives you an adrenaline pumping experience. But it had to be different that day with every screech and creeks I had goosebumps across my hands and shiver in my body. With the speeding coaster I had a sheer exhilaration mixed with fear, all the loops and inversions that came along the way I felt like a superhero myself. The incredible hulk coaster lit up in bright glowing green gave an intense feeling of visualising the movie. But I felt something haphazard, intense and something was not correct and the other moment my sister screamed, I did not notice until the red liquid started to spill over my dress, the belt had held my nephew tight but not tight enough to stop his naughtiness, he was just attached to the belt by grace but hanging half away beneath the seat. He had jerked and fell hurting his hand during the course of twist in the ride. Somehow I acted the hulk myself holding my nephew as tightly as possible. . . and was relieved once the ride was over in couple of minutes.

We did not stay back for The Jurassic ride since my nephew was rushed to the Park clinic for first aid for his injuries. Though that was a narrow escape. The last ride was quite tempting but I did not wanted either of my sisters getting messed up again. They were the ones who forced me to visit the park and enjoy the rides. . . what an enjoyment!

Let's get back home and hopefully we do not have to worry about inflated tire.

Oh!Did I say because of my siblings and their choice of restaurants and the on going discussions were shut down, we had to ring up the nearest restaurants for take away.

The moment we reached home and looked for the keys when every body was tired and hurrying to rush inside and pull themselves into the cozy bed only then my sister realised, she had left the key at the clinic of the park while getting her son treated for his injuries. . . . . . . what a mess. . . . . .

We had to break the house like burglars!!!!

What a mess was that. . a day that will remain unforgotten in my life !!!!
