I am facing towards you now
Doing my 12 asanas
Chanting each chant...
From standing we start
Slowly more around the clock
Changing various positions
Till we reach standing position...
It's gonna benefit us in many ways
To lose extra weight and detox our body
Our sugar level it will be maintaining
Resulting in body more flexibility...
Oxygen intake to lungs will increase
Functioning of hormones it's gonna increase
Digestive system will be better gradually
And further strengthen cardio vascular system...
So let's make it a daily routine
Show it up through our glowing skin
Improve our sleep and lower anxiety
Yoga- exercise we'll do regularly...
