To Live And Love

My time here may end today,

But who has seen the future?

The sea of life may retreat my wave,

And take me back Into the ocean.

What have I given here,

To make this world a better place,

Is the only question I will ask my self,

If today be my last day.

Did I ever make a child laugh?

Or was kind to someone broken?

Did I ever kiss an animal?

Or heard the unspoken?

Or did I ever become a reason,

For the smile of a person,

Did I ever took out the cold of winter,

And turned it into a wonderful season.

Did I ever love someone,

With the purity of heaven?

Did I ever cry a tear,

After hearing a sad lament.

How much I have given,

Into this beautiful world,

My home and my family,

My wonderful Earth,

Did I ever care,

For the sun rising everyday?

Or have I ever thanked the universe,

For Waking me up every day.

Gratefulness have I ever felt?

To the universe for upbringing me?

Or have I ever gave life to my dreams,

I hope they don't die with me...

I won't care about the wealth I earned,

But my experience, lessons and love will never get 'Burned'.

The greatness lies in the smallest things.

And a beautiful life can be lived,

If one can thank the food he eats,

A life full of happiness will await him.
