The Weeping Trio
The Weeping Trio
He saw it glide gleefully across that azure blaze,
And he felt his mouth drop, eyes following that stunner,
The sunlight merged into the water, and gave out those seven tinges of brightness,
And he still stood baffled, trying to pack the sight into his tiny gaze
He decided to paint the reflection of that bow,
On this heaven like homely Earth,
He took a day and a half,
And finally recreated a realistic one on his backyard bough
But then, the beauty vanished, into the depths of the sky
And the deep black clouds fogged up the atmos
The sky broke a tear, two, then a cascade,
Then the boy and his rainbow cried by!
