The Sun

The Sun

1 min 53 1 min 53

The Sun a star of glowing beauty,

Every day without fail does its duty

The rays of its light falls on earth,

 Lighting everything in its path.

The source of our life on earth,

 From the beginning of birth.

It spreads it rays of light,

  Gives vision to our sight.

It gives all this for free,

But we are blind we do not see,

What we are doing to this earth

 You and me.

We are killing the light everyday

 In our own foolish way,

 Blocking earth's light,

Every time we poison our  atmosphere.

 We pollute our stratosphere.

Imagine just for a day the Sun does not rise.

 Every one of us dies.

Or imagine the sun at it zenith

 The unbearable heat,

We are rushing in to disaster every day,

For we are losing our way,

Let us take a vow not to blanket sunlight,

The very source of our life .

The   source of our sight.
