The sticky feel of close, cuddled air,

Is the sign for the sky to tear,

Into cracks of light that spread out wide,

Dark, deep frowns signal the opening of the skies.


Rain is coming, all be warned,

Rain is coming, bring on the storm!

Bottled air out of your lungs trap,

As the electric shock performs it's act.


Delayed silence …a deadly pause...

Until the God's give a round of applause!

The phenomenom of this wonderful sight,

Could have you on edge for all of the night.


Until the anticipation has all but left.

You find yourself feeling quite impressed!

The trapped air inside your lungs can finally breathe,

As the Hot, Humid air is freely eased...
