The Future Has Arrived...

The future has arrived

and many are deprived

of water, shelter and food.

I know this does not sound very good.

It feels like the world is made of money,

and many sleep on an empty tummy.

The world has become so greedy,

nobody bothers to help the needy.

We know this is true,

yet there is nothing we can do but feel blue.
