The Exam

It is the last paper of the semester. Everything was set up fine, one more wicket for celebration.

The alarm was set for the brush up of essential and slept peacefully.

Saw the success and celebrations.

All of a sudden, heard a creaking voice.

My mother was with the mission.

The alarm failed, the morning refresh trespassed.

Had two minutes brushing of teeth.

Had five minutes of the bath.

Had the apple for a breakfast.

Set to the college, got into the bus on time.

Opened the book glanced at the topics.

As we reached the part of the journey the bus broke down.

The traffic overwhelmed the road.

There was no other mode of transportation.

To add the woes, the unwelcomed guest paid a visit as the rain.

The road was filled with water and composition of the sound of the horn.

As I made a move, there was a strange group of dogs, for some reason they chased me. 

I started running, I ran, I ran aimlessly but dogs never stopped.

I reached college. I had some time for preparation.

When the time came, I entered the exam hall.

The question papers were circulated.

To my dismay, all the questions were the choices that I left for preparation.

As I was thinking of my future.

The Alarm rang, it rang without letting me down.

I realized that I have completed college ten years ago.

Nothing much changed.

The bag, the alarm, the traffic.

Only the destination changed with time.

Life can throw things which we least expect, be prepared but it does teach us a lesson which exams don't.
