Sad Love Story

Sad Love Story

2 mins 213 2 mins 213

I felt a strong feeling for someone,

I felt a constant affection for someone,

I felt enchanted and attracted towards someone,

That was my true and cordial love,

Which was as pure as a little white dove.

Someone who gave me time,

When l didn't have a dime.

Someone who loved me from the bottom of my heart,

When my old house was covered with dust and dirt,

Someone who loved me for whom l was,

And never regretted not having any cars.

I could feel the gleaming black eyes,

Which looked as same as the shining stars in the night skies,

The sweet smile of that person freshened up my days,

And made my life happy and gay,

The melodic voice of the person enchanted me a lot,

Even the birds after hearing, the songs they sang, forgot...

The soft lips looked like the pink lilies,

Which attracted me towards that person, daily...

One valentine's day, we decided to meet,

Near the shop of Mr Pitt.

The weather seemed tranquil and calm,

And l carried cookies and a wedding ring in my arms.

I felt the warmth of the glistening sun on my back,

And thought of tieing the knot of love, which was so slack.

I waited in the little corner,

Standing quietly, missing my lover,

Who was nearly late for an hour?

Accident! Accident! People started calling out,

Soon there gathered an enormous crowd,

Nervous and agitated,l darted across the street,

The person was lying dead, whom l wanted to meet.

I was panicked and grieve stricken, to see the situation,

I felt desolate, sad and was full of tension.

My true love was gone from the world forever,

And the wedding ring would be unworn forever and forever.
