As commanded we came

Clutched under your feet

Filled with mistakes recourse 

Also, goodness was unfortunate

The successive stages then

Provided set principles with

Principal, the commander-in-chief was

Though naughtiness overtook blaze

They overlooked with grace

Favours escaped us from

Always we being rescued

At times by mates 

Sometimes by the players.

Every time by our mentors

Anytime by our parents

But all-time absurd 

In spite of citation

We’d kind of deviation 

Enjoyed those valuable moments

As it taught much

Admiring and admitting mistakes

Acknowledging with growing knowledge

To be in place

To be in safe 

To be in the path

To be in track

To be in Right

To be in white

To be in heights

To be in hearts

Plenty that we gained

Nope substitutes would do

We do miss days

Memories and lessons fathom

Taught by the whole world

At its own pace

Exact with lessons ever

Not of all facts 

But of the reasons

Lively from the youngers

Lovely from the mates 

Rightly from the elders

They’re soulfully called Gurus

Ru to take-off darkness

Gu to bestow light

To light our life

Indeed an honour for 

In dedicating a tribute

To those wonderful hearts

That stood by us

That stood of us

That stood off us

That stood for us

That stood out us

With valour and power

Provided moral and model

With respiration and aspiration

With modern and modest

With knowledge and reason

With academics and spirituality

Cerebration brings about celebration

Provided with set principles

On a full-moon day
