The Horror of Time

Flowers in the sky 

the days that keep passing by

why do we try to get them back 

instead of living them in real life

isn't it hard to keep track

of all the greys 

that you wish were different then how they are

when you know 

its harder to fix the present 

and your terrified of what it represents...

all the ideas and ambitions all the power in our visions 

seem to expect that we will get better

why do we not realize that maybe in real life

we may not survive

when will we realize 

that we are scared of the present times 

because maybe the future holds our demise

when will we realize 

that living in the past is clearly an alibi

to reminisce warm times 

that we may never again come by.
