My Favourite Game

Game of sports often is played 

between two persons or two teams.

It's a physical and mental activity

For fun but by following rules,

Rules are set for each game.

Playing games is a good excercise

And watching games is fun,

Excitement and entertainment 

Life without games would be boring

There are indoor games and outdoor games

Games are played for fun and also as profession

From ancient times games prevailing

 Chess, carrom, cards, Ludo and many,  

Are the indoor games,

Played by children and adults for fun or professionaly,

Cricket, badminton, football, hockey,

 tennis, basketball and many are outdoor 

Many tournaments and competitions

Held at national and international level 

Olympics, held after every four years

 is the biggest competition in the world 

Any game to play we require

 concentration, quickness, stamina, 

Team work, fighting spirit, Playing 

 game is about winning and losing.

my favourite Game is Cricket,

Because it is easy to understand,

it requires eleven players on each side 

and two umpires, less equipments,

the game is enjoyed by all age group

when played professionally between 

the two countries internationally.

unpredictable sometimes and arousing

excitement on winning of the game

each ball and each wicket counts 

when the game comes towards the end 

lots of team spirit and patriotic feeling

it gives to the players and citizens

This game requires physical, mental

 stamina, quickness, accuracy in field 

and moreover an extraordinary

 captainship and team work !
