Each step I take in life is the beat and tempo of each move I make

A rhythm of life at times with no rhyme still it dines with nature's beat

The lines my heart may speak are the times when life has been bad to me

The pitch that I may try so hard to hit is the height of pain life puts me through

So if I sing a different tune bear with me but times have been hard on me

Let the music within the depth of my heart speak my life in the music I play today

For I wish to write the lines of the path I travelled on this earth

So when I am called to go home you will know the hell of a life I went through

We are just pilgrims passing through this life.

So the music we play is the music that life has made us go through so sing it loud sing it strong
