On each of the face be it old or juvenile.

Brotherhood succeeds, defeating caste creed and religious barriers.

"#RangBarse" shouts the little one and spills colour over the white kurta of his old grandpa,

Little does he know how these 'Gulal' paints his mind young and brings back loads of colourful images of his youth that are gone by.

These are the few moments that help him escape the black and white of his age and embrace the long lost colours.

Also, called a festival of love,

Did you miss the shy girl down the lane,

Waiting for her beloved ?

She would come to the terrace and he under her house,

Gulal in the air ,each would throw in the name of their love.

The huge group of friends all painted in various colours and singing joyous songs,

You cannot differentiate them by caste, creed, gender or religion,

Because the colours of unity paints them as one.

That is the festival of colours where joy, love and unity triumph,

Defeating all forms of sadness, disunity and hatred.
