Born to life, our strings attached,

And souls entangled.

My mind connected to thy as much with none,

Your voice and words my favourite music.

You preach me, you teach me,

You are my strengthening weakness,

You scold me, you love me,

You are my cruel kindness.

We walk together in death and life,

We strive past the edges of knife,

While wintering summer our eyes behold,

Our restless hearts bleed revolutions gold.

I talk to thee as with none,

Our feelings feel each other as the sky feels the sun,

In silence while we exchange breath,

I trust you with a mountain of faith.

You stay there numb, your eyes speak no more,

I hear you still, I feel you more,

That lifeless body hath a soul rowing within,

I nurture and cherish that being the boatswain.

For me, you are eternal with priceless memories,

Can death last forever if life doesn't?

If death is the eternal truth, the world believes,

You, my infinity,

The uncertainty of life we had long forgotten,
