God

O' God, 

Don't fear,

I don't want to be your compeer.

Don't fear,

my devotion doesn't want to be repaid,

my staunchness doesn't need to be certified,

my inclination doesn't need to be proved.

 

O' my God, 

don't fear,

I don't need your kingdom,

I don't need endowment of special status.

I want to remain in peace chanting your name 

And I want to die pronouncing your name on my feeble lips.
