The happy chemicals dance to energetic bells.

Life becomes enjoyable and fun

You radiate brilliance like the sun.


An activity beyond your comfort zone

Nourishes you even when you become a crone

Pushes you beyond your limits and fears

To your life exercise, thus, adds years.


No matter what form you take

Don’t overdo but take some break

Do it for relaxation and not for show

Stay unique and don’t rush with the flow!
