Dear Grandpa

Dear Grandpa

God saw you getting tired,

So he opened his arms

Welcoming you with love

To his heavenly abode above.

He took you with him,

When a cure was not to be found.

So you could rest peacefully,

In the bed of clouds.

Now you're in God's place

Where you have no worries and problems to face.

Sure it's heartbreaking to know that you're gone,

But it's peaceful to know that you're now in the land of song.

Our family chain is broken now,

but it will join again

As we go up one by one

To meet you again.
