To me you have been the best friend in the world, 

Because of you, the word became beautiful to me and, the petals of every flower unfurled... 

You are like a beautiful stream. Wherever you go, you spread happiness, 

And by seeing you, I forget all my sadness. 

 

Thank you for you've been a great friend to me, 

And for you, too a great friend I want to be. 

Every help I wanted from you, you accepted it with glee, 

For taking any help from me, you can always feel free. 

 

How kind and sweet, you've always been to me, 

But I can't stay close to you, as you're always busy as a bee. 

Sometimes, you can forget all your stress and come to me, 

So I can tell you how you've been so good to me. 

 

I wish always, that any day, you should not go away, 

So that we can be together and close to me, you will stay. 

This time, on your birthday, you have a gift from me,
