Dead Emotions
Dead Emotions
Wish we would've never met,
And there wouldn't be such things;
But destiny had other plans,
That immersed us in its rings.
I got my heart weighed,
Pondering over your thought;
But I still feel far apart,
With the bliss being sought.
What was it that caught fire,
With all those dreams and desires;
Leaving an erosion below the eyes,
Passed the river of tears.
The flames burning high,
But with dead emotions;
And no means could help,
With the unfillable void.
The blood turning blue,
With your presence in the hue;
Missing the glimpse of your smile,
That made a cheer to brew.
There would be flames,
That will keep the ignite;
And with the touch of wind,
Will brighten the reminiscences.
