Cage

A pain so severe numbs my mind

An ache so pensive shakes my kind

A wistful wound floats aground

Unbeknownst reaps the ground

A wavering mind screeches and screams

It knows not how or why it dreams

A dream so vivid, livid yet dull

Could not stop a dive into hell

A pit of fire scorching hot

Reducing all creation to naught

The cause of fall not yet known

The pain it causes is yet to be sown

How and why hath not time

Whence and where matters dime

He who knows, knows it all

And he who doesn't, bothers all

A wave of emotions flow across

Tears of reminiscence pour across

A fiery rage forms a cide

Melting the cage I cast inside

When all is done and nothing left

An excruciating pain ravages my heart

The reason for which I cannot pick apart..........
