A New Path At 55 !

From a government servant sedate and well earning,

To become a corporate boss is very refreshing!

My working hours were fixed and stable,

Now they are anything but predictable!

From 10 to 5 I used to be relaxed and casual,

Now I am always well groomed and cordial !

Diagnosing any biopsy in a hurry- I would always decline,

Now I take pride in meeting the deadline !

It was easy to pass the buck to my seniors,

Now my staff daily tell me they are all my juniors !

'Responsibility' is a big word I am learning fast,

Every paper I sign , I wish it were the last !

Friends looking at me think I am dancing with abandon;

If only they knew I am thrashing my limbs in frustration !

Still, opportunities are emerging and life is challenging ......

A new beginning I am really enjoying !

Where this journey will take me is anybody's guess.....

But I am sure to reach the goal if you all support and bless !
