Health has two sides - physical and mental health. Both are equally important for our wellbeing. The month of May is known as Mental Health awareness month. 

StoryMirror in collaboration with jumpingMinds presents a writing contest entitled 'Your Story Matters' where participants have to pen down a story or poem depicting an inspirational tale that encourages or motivates readers. Your tale or poem should be cheery and invigorating. 

The topic for the tale or poetry to write is - when have you felt gloomy or low-spirited and what elevated your mood? What made you feel better again? How did you cope up with the situation?

So, seize the hint, create a wonderful narrative or a verse that'll stand as inspiring and be the champion!

Rules:

• Participants have to submit their story or poem on the theme mentioned above.
• Winners will be decided on the basis of editorial scores.
• Participants should submit their original content. There is no limit to the number of content to be submitted.
• There is no word limit.
• There is no participation fee.
