My Perception

Nothing seems as bright as

A beaming countenance

Brimming with ecstasy

That prompts

To spread wings and dance

Nothing looks as serene

As a mother kissing

Forehead of her infant

And holding the child

In fond embrace

Nothing matters more

Than having a good rapport with

Both elder and younger

Far and near

Assuaging effects of bad patches

And sharing times of cheer

Nothing feels better

Than indulgence

In eternal love

To arrive at

Crux of the matter

Salvage battered bruised soul

Nothing is more divine

Than act of thanksgiving

When one expresses gratefulness

For each ounce of breath

That comes one's way

And surrenders self

To the ways of Almighty.
